Conference Topics
The New Energy Asia 2005 conference will
bring together researchers, engineers and
practitioners to present the latest
accomplishments, innovations and potential
future directions in renewable energy
equipment, technologies, systems and its
applications. Topics include but are not
limited to the followings:

Papers Submission
Papers will be presented in plenary, oral
and poster sessions and all presented papers
will be collected into the printed
proceedings. Authors wishing to submit a
contribution should read the following
instructions and email your abstracts first
not more than one A4 page
to
paper@unique-expo.com
Deadline & Key Dates
March 1, 2006: Deadline for abstracts
April 15, 2006: Notification of acceptance
May 15, 2006: Deadline for full papers
Guidelines for Full Paper Submission
Full papers will be published in printed
form and CD. Your effort to follow the
guidelines is essential to ensure the
quality publication.
1. Languages and Length. The language of
papers will be English. Papers should not
exceed 6XA4 (297mm*210mm) pages.
2. File Format. Papers should be prepared
and saved in Microsoft Word 97 or later
edition.
3. Typing Procedure. Manuscripts should be
typed single spaced on only one side of A4
size bond paper. Set your top, left, and
right and bottom margin in 2.5 cm (1 inch).
4. First Level Heads. TIMES 14 points bold,
in upper and lower case. First Level Heads
should not be more than two lines.
5. Second Level Heads. TIMES 12 POINTS BOLD
IN UPPER AND LOWER CASE. Second level heads
should not be more than one line.
6. Third Level Heads. TIMES 11 points bold,
in upper and lower case.
7. Normal Style: Normal Style is TIMES 10
points. Set the spaces before and after the
paragraph to 3.
8. Title, Authors and Affiliations. The main
title of the paper should be typed in First
Level Head centered. After leaving a blank
line (space), type authors' names (first in
initials and surnames in full), affiliations
and short address including the city,
country, telephone number/fax number, e-mail
address in Normal Style.
9. Abstract. A short abstract (not exceeding
150 words) should follow the authors and
affiliations with a blank line in between.
Type "Abstract" in Normal Style bold,
followed immediately by abstract body text
in Normal Style italic. Indent left and
right by 0.6cm.
10. Keywords. Keywords should follow the
abstract and be typed the same as the
abstract, separated with "," and with no
more than 5 words.
11. Units. The use of SI units (System
International Unites) is recommended. If
other units are used, it is suggested that
the SI equivalence follow them in
parentheses.
12. Text. Please use Normal style (TIMES 10
points) in text. Between paragraphs, do not
insert blank lines.
13. Mathematical expressions. They should be
numbered consecutively with numbers in
brackets, for example, (1). For clarity, one
blank line should be left above and below
the mathematical formula with 1 cm (0.4
inch) left indent.
14. References. All references should be
listed at the end of the manuscript in the
order they appear in the text. Within the
text, they should be numbered consecutively
in square brackets, for example, [1]. Do not
use superscripts to preserve legibility.
References are in TIMES 10 points.
15. Graphics, Figures and Tables. All
graphics must be saved in a separate. TIF
format and linked to the MS Word document.
Graphics must be prepared at the right size
before inclusion into the final document.
Figures must be numbered as referred to in
the text. They must have an explicit caption
(Normal style). Tables must have a title
(Third Level Head) and be numbered using
numerals (1,2,3,4....)
16. Copies Required. One original and two
copies of the paper should be submitted to
paper@unique-expo.com
